Returns policy

For purchases made at trinix.com.au, we will accept product returns up to 7 days after delivery, except on opened, boxed software. Product Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. After the 7 day period has ended, support for defective merchandise will be provided by Trinix customer care.

Original shipping and handling charges and opened, boxed software will not be refunded.

By returning an item(s) from your original purchase, the remaining purchase may no longer be eligible for a discount; the original discount applied will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item(s) being returned. To receive a complete refund, all items from the original purchase must be returned.
