Verification of Credit Card Orders. How does this work?
Your card details will go through an Address Verification process. If the Address verification fails we will need to ask you for proof
of identity. Proof of identity will be required for all credit card orders to be dispatched to unlisted addresses.
Unlisted addresses are those which are not listed against the credit card holder's name in publicly available phone listings.
You will be notified of this via email.
We manually check every credit card order with the credit card issuing bank to ensure that all details given are accurate.
Trinix reserves the right to refuse any order if we believe that it is fraudulent or is suspicious in nature.
For such orders we may require that proof of ownership of a credit card be supplied to us. For those orders, we may require that the
purchaser fax or email to us a photocopy of their credit card and driver's licence for proof of identity and ownership of the credit card.
We may also request that a purchaser supply their security credit card number.
If a transaction is believed to be fraudulent Trinix will report the attempt to the relevant authorities for investigation. We enforce this policy strictly regardless of what country
you happen to be located in and we follow through with providing all evidence to the authorities to assist them with tracking down
and arresting fraudsters.
